The Atlantic Nationals Team is made up of some incredibly talented rodders with decades of experience under their belt, and they are
bringing it all to the forefront with this year's Grand Prize Offering. Starting with an all-steel, rust-free 1948 Ford Super Deluxe Coupe,
they've stripped it down to
the bare metal and are rebuilding it from the frame up with some of the finest components that you can get your hands on.
Starting with tubular arms and suspension components from Fatman Fabrications, they're sliding in a GM Performance Parts 350 c.i. 330 h.p. crate engine
breathing through a set of Hedman Hedders and mated to a trick Shepp’s Transmission 350 TH transmission. Keeping this hot ride cooled down will be handled
by a polished aluminum rad from BS & B Radiators. A set of smokin' Coker Tires mounted on a set of their rims will provide a nice stance and a smooth ride.
Action Car and Truck Accessories have even undercoated all four fenders to
ensure that road debris won't impact this hot rod's cool exterior.
Open the doors and you'll see a complete interior designed and installed by the fine folks at LeBarron Bonney. Painless Wiring will connect
the Powermaster starter and alternator to the Dakota Digital gauges and Vintage Air Heat & Defrost unit; not to mention the sound system
from Clarion and Audio Crew that will be blowing out the cool tunes. The Ididit steering column will feature Borgeson Universal
Steering components designed to keep you on the straight and narrow.
